This is just a short video that shows you the process of cooking a Japanese gyoza dish. I will be revealing more information about the recipe and how to cook this menu the right way.
There are a few cooking methods people use. Steamed, fried, and steamed/crispy.
Being a Japanese cook, we are doing the steamed/fried crispy on the bottom method. I think your eaters will enjoy this style as the texture is awesome when eaten.
You can enjoy both worlds… with the steamed upper portion of the gyoza and the crispy fried bottom portion of the gyoza.
